Joseph Gasper, PhD, is an Associate Vice President for Social Policy and Economics Research, where he serves in both management and technical roles on projects for the USDA, the DOL, and the VA. He has served as principal investigator, project director, and task leader for studies focused on disability, employment and training, work among public assistance recipients, informal caregiving and labor force participation, and the transition of veterans to civilian life.
Gasper has expertise in designing and implementing experimental and nonexperimental evaluations, survey methodology, and analysis of administrative data. He enjoys projects that integrate messy data from multiple sources.
